These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
It is your sole responsibility to periodically check these Terms for any changes. If you do not agree with any of the changes to these Terms, it is your sole responsibility to stop using the Service. Your continued use of the Service will be deemed as your acceptance thereof.
Conditions of Warranty
GenieGrips Pty Ltd (“GenieGrips®”) warrants to the end user (“Customer”) that GenieGrips® products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and service, for one year from the date of purchase from GenieGrips® or its authorized reseller. GenieGrips®’ sole obligation under this express warranty shall be, at GenieGrips®’ option and expense, to repair the defective products or part, deliver to Customer an equivalent products or part to replace the defective item, or if neither of the two foregoing options is reasonably available, GenieGrips® may, in its sole discretion, refund to Customer the purchase price paid for the defective products. All products that are replaced will become the property of GenieGrips®. Replacement products or parts may be new or reconditioned. GenieGrips® warrants any replaced or repaired products or part for ninety (90) days from shipment, or the remainder of the initial warranty period, whichever is longer. Products returned to GenieGrips® must be sent prepaid and packaged appropriately for safe shipment and it is recommended that they be insured or sent by a method that provides for tracking of the package. Responsibility for loss or damage does not transfer to GenieGrips® until the returned item is received by GenieGrips®. The repaired or replaced item will be shipped to Customer, at GenieGrips® expense, not later than thirty (30) days after GenieGrips® receives the defective products, and GenieGrips® will retain risk of loss or damage until the item is delivered to Customer.
Exclusions
GenieGrips® will not be liable under this limited warranty if its testing and examination disclose that the alleged defect or malfunction in the product does not exist or results from:
- Failure to follow the GenieGrips® installation, operation or maintenance instructions.
- Unauthorized product modification or alteration.
- Abuse, misuse, negligent acts or omissions of Customer and persons under Customer’s control;
or - Acts of third parties, acts of God, accident, fire, lighting, power surges or outages, or other hazards.
Refurn Policy
GenieGrips is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date – with original packaging. No restocking fees! Please use our Measurement Template to ensure you are purchasing the correct GenieGrips product.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING OR DEFECTIVE
If you received a damaged or defective product, please call us at so we can correct the problem. Please call Customer Service so we can correct this problem immediately at our expense. We do not accept any returns after 30 days from ship date.
ITEMS SENT TO YOU IN ERROR
We follow careful order picking procedures to ensure every item in your order is correct, but occasionally we do make mistakes. Please call Customer Service so we can correct this problem immediately at our expense. We do not accept any returns after 30 days from ship date.
TO CANCEL AN ORDER
Please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will attempt to cancel your order and provide confirmation within 24 business hours. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse. The customer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of their choice.
EXCHANGES
To exchange your purchase, simply contact Customer Service to place your new order and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). If you exchange an item, the return amount will be applied towards your new item. Your exchange will ship within 3-5 business days. Please note, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless original item is defective or damaged in shipping. Please note that returned items that are either used or not in their original packaging may not be accepted or else incur a 20% restocking fee. Customer Service needs to be notified of tracking number of return item to allow the warehouse to be notified of its arrival and the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) needs to be quoted on all freight documentation. Failure to notify Customer Service with tracking and not quoting RMA on freight documentation will result in a $55 charge.
RETURNS
If you would like to return a non-defective item, you are responsible for return shipping and will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Customer Service needs to be notified of tracking number of return item to allow the warehouse to be notified of its arrival and the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) needs to be quoted on all freight documentation. Failure to notify Customer Service with tracking and not quoting RMA on freight documentation will result in a $55 charge.

Delivery Times
Once we receive your order we verify it, complete invoicing and prepare your item(s) before we despatch them from our warehouse.
Delivery date range is a combination of:
- the time to despatch your order from our warehouse, and
- the time taken to ship your order to you.
